Homegrity is a free service that matches home buyers and sellers with license-verified real estate agents, chosen on what they actually do in that area and price range — never on who paid. It is not a brokerage. It does not buy, sell, or hold client money. It introduces people to independent licensed agents, and those agents represent them directly.
A buyer or seller tells us where they are and what they need. We check the state licence register, look at what agents have actually done in that area and price range, and introduce them to one agent. The consumer pays nothing, ever. The agent pays nothing to be listed or to receive that introduction. Agents who want software to run their business — a CRM, marketing tools, team management — can pay for it, and paying changes nothing about where they rank.
We're live in Texas, Florida and West Virginia. Agents licensed anywhere in the United States can create a full account and use every tool; they simply do not receive introductions until their state opens.

Every agent's licence is checked against the state's own register before their profile can appear, and re-checked on a schedule. A licence that lapses or is suspended takes the profile down. We publish what the register says — name, licence number and status, brokerage, years licensed — and we label clearly which facts came from the state and which the agent supplied themselves.
Licence verification is the whole of what we check, and it is the whole of what we claim. We make no assessment of character or conduct beyond what the state register itself records, and we do not imply one.
Placement can never be bought. No plan, no boost, no advertising spend changes the order agents appear in, on any page. Ranking uses the merit signals we can actually measure, and where a signal has no data we say so rather than inventing a score. An agent with no history is shown with low confidence, never with a bad rating — no record is not a poor record.
