How much does this cost me?
Nothing. You're never charged to get matched, to see an agent's record, or to talk to them. We take no cut of your transaction and we don't charge a referral fee. Agents pay us a flat subscription for tools if they want them — you never pay us anything.
How do you decide who to match me with?
We match on the state license record and on where an agent works: license type, years licensed, the firm on record, and how close they work to you. Never on ad spend. Placement can’t be bought, and no agent can pay to rank higher on your list.
Will I get spammed with calls?
No. Your contact details aren't released to anyone until you pick an agent and ask us to make the introduction. If you'd rather just take a home valuation and think about it, you can do that without a single agent seeing your name.
How do you check the agents?
Every agent’s license is verified against the state register before they can appear. An agent whose license lapses stops getting introductions.
What if I don't like any of my matches?
Ask for another set. There's no limit and no obligation, and you're never locked into anyone you were shown. You can also come back and re-run your match if your plans change.
