For agents

Leads without a referral fee.

A referral-fee network is free until you earn something — then it takes a share of the commission on the deal you closed. Homegrity charges no referral fee and takes no share of your commission, and placement is never for sale.

A referral-fee networkHomegrity
When do you pay? After a deal closes. The fee is a share of the commission you earned on it. Not for a lead. Homegrity charges no referral fee and takes no share of your commission.
What does it cost to be listed? Usually nothing up front — the cost arrives with your commission. Nothing. Your profile and the leads routed to you are on the Free plan, which costs nothing. A free profile does not print your phone or email — leads reach you through Homegrity instead.
Can you pay to rank higher? Commonly yes — position and lead volume are what the tiers sell. No. Order is decided by the Homegrity Score and nothing else. There is no amount of money that moves an agent up a page — that is enforced in the query, not in a policy document.
What do you get for paying? More leads, or better placement among them. Tools, and your contact details on your own page. $49/mo Prime and $149/mo Elite publish your phone and email and add software — never position, never a bigger share of the leads.
Who owns the relationship? The network introduced the client and has a claim on the outcome. You do. We introduce you and step out of it. There is nothing to report back and no cut to calculate.

Questions agents ask

Is Homegrity free for agents?

Yes. A profile, the leads routed to you, and the tools on the Free plan cost nothing, and Homegrity takes no share of your commission when a deal closes. A free profile keeps your phone and email off the public page; leads still reach you, through us. Prime and Elite are paid, and they publish your contact details and add software rather than leads or position.

Do you take a referral fee?

No. We take no share of your commission — not on the first deal, not on repeat business from a client we introduced.

Does paying move me up the results?

No, and this is the part worth checking rather than believing. Consumer-facing order comes from the merit Homegrity Score. Plan tier is not an input to it, and a paid signal cannot be added to that query without a test failing.

How do you make money, then?

Subscriptions to Prime and Elite, and advertising that is labelled as advertising. Neither buys position in a consumer result.

What happens to my leads if I stop paying?

You keep receiving them. Downgrading removes tools, not your profile and not the introductions — the Free plan is a real plan, not a trial.

Is my profile already on Homegrity?

Probably. Profiles are built from the state license registers in the states we operate in, so yours may already exist and be unclaimed. Claiming it is free and takes a code sent to the contact your license has on file.
