Finding the right home is about much more than bedrooms, bathrooms, and a price range. We take the time to understand what our buyers are really looking for—their lifestyle, priorities, future plans, and what will make a property truly feel like home.
From Northern Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley to the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, we combine local market knowledge with a very personal, hands-on approach. We help buyers look beyond the listing photos, understand the neighborhood and surrounding area, evaluate the property, and recognize both the opportunities and potential concerns.
Most importantly, we don’t believe in pressure. Our job isn’t to convince someone to buy a house—it’s to give them the information, guidance, and perspective they need to make a decision with confidence.
Sometimes the right home is the first one you walk into. Sometimes it takes a little exploring. Either way, we’re there throughout the process, helping our buyers find not just their next property, but the right place for their next chapter.

What's your approach to selling a home?

We believe selling a home should be more than simply putting a property on the market—it should be about positioning it properly from the very beginning.
Our approach starts with understanding the property, the seller’s goals, and what will make that home stand out to today’s buyers. From there, we develop a customized marketing strategy designed to create maximum exposure, generate buyer interest, and present the property at its very best.
Professional photography, cinematic property films, thoughtful storytelling, strategic online and social media exposure, targeted marketing, and strong presentation all play a role. We want buyers to experience a property—not simply scroll past another listing.
Just as important is communication. We believe our sellers should always know what’s happening, what the market is telling us, and what our strategy is moving forward. If something needs to change, we’ll talk about it openly and make adjustments together.
There’s no one-size-fits-all formula because every property—and every seller—is different. Our job is to build the right strategy around both.
For us, it comes down to three things: presentation, exposure, and communication. Because we don’t just want to list your home. We want to launch it.

Together, we bring decades of combined real estate experience and have been part of the Century 21 Redwood Realty family for more than 19 years. During that time, we’ve helped buyers and sellers throughout Northern Virginia, the Shenandoah Valley, and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia navigate just about every kind of real estate market.
Our experience extends well beyond traditional residential sales. We’ve worked with everything from first-time buyers and move-up sellers to luxury homes, cabins and vacation properties, short-term rentals, land and acreage, farms, investment properties, waterfront homes, and commercial real estate.
That range of experience gives us a broader perspective when evaluating a property, developing a marketing strategy, negotiating a transaction, or helping a client recognize opportunities—and potential challenges—that may not always be obvious.
We also bring two different perspectives to every transaction. As a team, we’re able to collaborate, problem-solve, and give our clients the benefit of more than one set of eyes throughout the process.
